Frozen Blueberry Delight

This is a very simple recipe, which is also a great treat anytime! Whether you're on a sugar-restricted diet, or not, this is a lovely diversion. I hope you enjoy it. If you are watching your sugar, this will be allowable no more than twice per week. If you are watching your cholesterol, blueberries are known cholesterol blockers AND high in anti-oxidents [cancer cell-blockers]!

Ingredients Nutrition


  1. Stir vanilla extract into non-fat milk.
  2. Pour over frozen blueberries. Milk will freeze around blueberries upon stirring. Serve immediately.
  3. Makes a great breakfast item, snack, or desert!

It really was just like blueberries and milk. As a matter of fact, I would have enjoyed plain blueberries and milk with a little sweetener better.

Can't get much easier than this & still have A TASTY & HEALTHY DISH! I did have some nonfat milk so used that, but my standard is milk with 2% fat, so will probably use that another time!
