Something I picked up from fabulousfoods. Com. A delicious and refreshing treat with friends.
- 1⁄2 cup peach nectar
- 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice, 1 oz
- 1⁄4 cup peach schnapps
- crushed ice
- 3⁄4 cup sparkling white wine or 3⁄4 cup champagne, chilled and divided
- Mix peach nectar, lemon juice, peach schnapps and 1/2 cup Champagne in a blender until smooth.
- Pour into Champagne flutes.
- Top each glass with 1/2 of remaining 1/4 cup of champagne.
