This is one of my favorite Guyanese dishes, and its so simple too.

Directions

  1. Peel the plantains.
  2. Cut the plantains lengthwise, about 1/2 to 3/4 inch thick.
  3. Fry untill golden brown.
  4. Drain on a paper towel.
  5. Enjoy !
