  • 473.18 ml rice, uncooked
  • 35.43 g package onion soup mix
  • 59.14 ml cooking oil
  • 59.14 ml soy sauce
  • 709.77 ml water

directions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F.
  • Mix all ingredients together in a casserole.
  • Cover and bake 1 hour.

  1. I am so thrilled to have found this recipe my Aunt used to make all the time. it's so easy and so cheap to make. the only thing/s we've done with this same recipe was definitely add mushrooms, frozen peas and sometimes almond slivers. this is such a great go to rice!!!

  4. Rice was good and moist however felt it could use some mushrooms or onions in it. Would make again and add those.
     
  5. This was really good. We had it with crock pot pork chops. This is very moist and flavorful. It was a bit salty so I may cut back on the soy sauce next time. Thanks for this delicious casserole!
