Fried Potatoes

This was good but I did cheat a bit. I used Simply Sliced Potatoes and frozen onions and peppers. This made for easy prep. I had problems with the mixture sticking to the pan. I did spray with pam and then added some oil. I didn't measure the salt and pepper I just sprinkled it on. We enjoyed these.

  1. Peel and cut up potatoes and wash off.
  2. Heat skillet on med heat.
  3. Add potatoes, onions, peppers, salt and pepper.
  4. Stir every 15 minutes til tender (about 30 minutes).
