directions

  • Put The chicken legs or what ever kind of chicken you have into the sink and put alot of salt on top of the chicken, then wash it as if you're washing dishes but with salt and rinse it all off.
  • Once all the salt is rinsed off grab your seasoned salt and season your chicken on one side til its orangish (Do Not Put alot, put as much as you like).
  • Then Grab a medium size bowl add 3 cups of flour or how ever much u feel its good enough then put about 3 Tbl spoons of seasoned salt into the flour and mix with a spoon or your hand.
  • After your flour is mixed grab a piece of chicken put the seasoned side down in the flour and season the unseasoned side just the same amount as the other, then grab some flour in your hand and start covering the chicken, lastly flip the chicken and keep covering until completely covered and add a little more seasoning (repeat for the rest).
  • To start the oil fill it up until its like a four or so filled from the bottom( around 2 cups) and set your heat/fire to medium.
  • After youve floured some chicken and started the oil check to see if it's hot enough by sprinkling some flour inside the oil and if is sizzles up you can fit as much chicken you can in your pan.
  • Lastly, while you're cooking the chicken flip when the bottom looks a little crispy(it may look whiteish) and keep flipping every once and a while until the chicken has a golden brown color to it, grab a knife and your tongs stab the middle and check for blood if there is none its down :).
  • ENJOY.
