This is a easy thing for kids to make after school

Ingredients Nutrition

  • 1 (15 ounce) cansliced peaches, drained
  • 7 12 ounces cans blueberries in heavy syrup, drained
  • 1 cup canned whipped cream
  • 1 pint low-fat vanilla frozen yogurt


  1. Plop a couple scoops of yogurt in a bowl.
  2. drop on some of the peaches and blueberries.
  3. give it two squirts of the whipped cream.
