    awalde's Note:

This sauce is a traditional Turkish sauce which fits well with grilled meat, fish baked potatoes, bread or salad. With smoked salmon it's delicous!

This was good with our meal of Greek Lemon Chicken Kabobs With Mint Marinade, Turkish Rice-A-Roni & a version of Spinach Salad With Feta Cheese. I did not use the fresh dill. I used Balkan (thick) yogurt, unrefined extra virgin olive oil, freshly squeezed lemon juice, somewhat less fresh garlic per preference, sea salt, freshly ground pepper & the fresh mint. I may make this again with grilled meat or the same or similar chicken kabobs. Made for Veggie Swap 31 ~ February 2011.
