    Fresh gingerroot has a sweet, spicy fragrance that is also a mild stimulant. Used in the bath, it helps to promote circulation and is perfect on a cold winter day to warm up

    Directions:

      Mix together all the ingredients together.

      To use: Pour the entire mixture into the bath stirring well and soak for 15 - 20 minutes.

      After the bath, dress warmly as this bath is super cleansing and will really open up all the pores.

      What a lovely bath! It definitely has a noticeable warming effect, especially in the hands and feet. It will be wonderful for the winter blues. It is both relaxing and stimulating. It also cleared up my sinuses and soothed my sore muscles. I will definitely do this again since it is a fun way to use extra fresh ginger I have leftover after making a recipe. Thanks for posting!
