ingredients
- 20 cups fresh corn (fresh off the cob)
- 4 cups ice water
- 1 cup sugar
- 1⁄4 cup salt
directions
- Mix together and let stand 20 minutes. Bag and freeze.

Made for PreservingSummer Tag Aug 09. This is much easier to do and I plan to do this all summer during corn season. Thank you BB for zmail.
