directions

  • Put the can of Coke and a large pint glass in the freezer for about 40 minutes. This is rather experimental as to the amount of time to achieve perfect slushiness of the Coke.
  • Fill the frosted glass with ice.
  • Pour (shake) in the slushy Coke.
  • Squeeze the lemon over all.

  1. We have had alot of hot days lately and can't seem to get enough cold things to drink. This reminded me of my favorite Slurpee. Thanks Zola the Gorgon. Bullwinkle

I collect recipies from family, friends and my favorite source- thrift stores. Especially those spiral bound collections put out by ladies church groups or fire stations! (I found "Eat This Book" by Tyler Florence for FIVE BUCKS!! -Brand New! I LOVE thrift stores!!) I have this (BIG!) kitchen drawer stuffed with newspaper clippings, scribbled recipies on random scraps of paper, soup labels, cream cheese cartons- Anything with a recipie printed on it! I love recipes! >^..^
