Directions

  1. Preheat oven to GM 5 (375 f).
  2. Spread flaxseeds onto oven tray
  3. Roast seeds for 10 minutes.
  4. Grind roasted seeds in electric grinder/blender.
  5. Empty ground seeds into mixing bowl and mix with Flax oil and salt until it looks like a nut butter.
  6. Store in opaque container in fridge.
