The perfect compliment to so many things. Muffins, pancakes and waffles of course but try it also on cooked carrots, sweet potatoes, in rice pudding and a bit in your coffee! You get the idea.
- 1⁄2 cup butter, softened
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon confectioners' sugar or 1 teaspoon Splenda granular
- In a medium-sized bowl, blend all ingredients with a wooden spoon until completely incorporated.
Really good and very easy to make. I add vanilla extract to it and we use it on baked potatoes. To do butter with some amazing flavor I love it any time. <br/><br/> 1 tsp cinnamon<br/> 1/2 C peaches, chopped<br/> 1/2 C bluberries, smashed<br/> Beat together honey, butter and vanilla for 10 minutes until light and fluffy<br/> Add in flavor of choice - cinnamon, peach or blueberry<br/> Mix until well blended and refrigerate until ready to use.<br/><br/>Sweet butters are delicious on breakfast foods: toast, bagels, muffins, pancakes, waffles et al. They also are delicious on crackers or biscuits for snacks or tea. <br/>You Got Inspired to do a new recipe with this, It is absolutely over the Top!!
I smeared this creamy concoction all over toast and topped it with banana slices. Yummy!
