Fish Steamed in Coconut Milk and Ginger

Simple and good. Nice served with rice, plantain and spinach curry.

  1. Lay fish on banana leaf.
  2. Stuff the cavity of the fish with the aromatics and season with salt and pepper.
  3. Pour milk over the fish.
  4. Tie in a tight parcel.
  5. Steam about 10 minutes. (I use a bamboo steamer, use what you have).
