  • 23 cup cream
  • 34 cup milk
  • 5 ounces white chocolate, chopped
  • 3 ounces milk chocolate, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
  • 2 12 cups hot espresso or 2 1/2 cups rich coffee
  • 9 tablespoons Frangelico

directions

  • In a small saucepan, heat the cream and milk until hot.
  • Turn off the heat and add the white and milk chocolate pieces.
  • Let sit for several minutes, then whisk until smooth.
  • Whisk in the cocoa; stir in the espresso and Frangelico.
  • Serve hot in pre-warmed mugs.

  1. I made it for 1 serving and used fresh espresso. For the cream, I used half and half. I had only milk chocolate. For the Frangelico, it was 1 1/2 tablespoon for 1 serving. But I used 1 tablespoon. I tasted it before adding the Frangelico and it was great (5 stars). With the tablespoon of Frangelico it turned out too sweet. I even added more espresso and still it was too sweet. I'll surely do it again but without the Frangelico. Thanks ratherbeswimmin :) Made for New Kids on the Block tag game
