Recipe by Chocolatl

A spicy condiment paste used by Libyan Jews. This is a shortcut version. Adapted from The Book of New Israeli food.

Directions

  1. Combine garlic, paprikas, caraway, cumin, 1/2 cup oil, lemon juice and salt.
  2. Place in a sterilized jar and pour the remaining oil over the top.
  3. Refrigerate.
