"This is a recipe I got from work, from a commercial manufacturer of limoncello (lemons soaked in alcohol). I haven't tried it. There are two recipes for limoncello on Recipezaar."

  1. I am on the fence with this one!! We had a friend come over to watch a hockey game and although the men enjoyed the pasta, I like my white sauce to be a bit more creamier. This thin sauce pooled all around the bottom of the pot and I had to scoop out the bits of meat. I cut the recipe in half as I wanted to serve this as a side dish and used prosciutto instead of ham. I served this with grilled chicken thighs. This dish alone would not sustain 6 hungry people...you would have to supplement it with something else. Sorry, but I think I will pass!

  2. Yummy fettuccine! The limoncello flavour dominates. I replaced the boiled ham with prosciutto, and it was fantastic. Very quick to throw together. Enjoyed by all. Made for PAC Spring 2008.
