Ingredients Nutrition

  • 1 cup spinach leaves
  • 23 cup blueberries
  • 1 small banana
  • 2 eggs (raw, fresh from a local hen!)
  • 1 cup almond-coconut milk (blue diamond makes this)

Directions

  1. Mix all in a blender until smooth. I prefer to use frozen blueberries,,but whatever you have is just fine.
