"Official Contest Entry: Simply Potatoes 5Fix. I love it because it's savory and sweet. I wanted to make a hash I love and others on Christmas brunch. If you really like or don't like garlic or red bell peppers add change as needed."

ingredients

• 1 tablespoon olive oil
• 2 garlic cloves
• 1 red bell pepper
• 20 ounces Simply Potatoes Diced Potatoes with Onion
• 18 ounces link sausage
• salt and pepper

directions

1. Put your olive oil in a hot pan. Add in your garlic cloves, red bell pepper, and simply potatoes with onion and let brown. When all of the ingredients are soft and have a beautiful brown color add in the sausage on low heat. About 5 min later season with salt and pepper as desired.
