I found this easy, interesting and inexpensive. Most of all, it has worked on my "T" zone and hence, I know for a fact, it works! This is from the book "Glow - A Prescription For Radiant Health and Beauty by Christina Pirello author of COOKING THE WHOLE FOODS WAY".

Directions

  1. Brew 1 cup of strong black tea in a pot.
  2. Allow it to cool completely.
  3. Using a fresh cotton ball, dab it over your face{or just on the oily areas}.
  4. The drying, cooling nature of tea will help to balance your skin on the surface.
  5. If you focus on your diet and lifestyle changes, then this dab won't be required.
  6. Until you do this, use this!
