Yum... I made this with homemade almond milk to be healthier!! I did use store bought frozen mango chunks which I did not consider ripe enough so I added extra unpasteurised honey to sweeten further. I also added a little vanilla paste to give it a slight vanilla flavour. Made for Winter Wonderland! Christmas and Holidays Tag Game Dec 2010 in KK's forum.

  1. Peel the mango and remove the flesh from the pit.
  2. Place the Mango flesh in a blender and process it a bit.
  3. Slowly pour in the Soy Milk with the blender on Add honey Process until very smooth Enjoy.
