I tried this. It was like a seedy version of granola (crumbles easily to 'chunks'). THEN I crumbled it in my yogurt and it was GREAT this way! Tell the kids you are adding (healthy) 'sprinkles' to their yogurt.

  1. Stir and mix well the first nine ingredients.
  2. Add remaining ingredients and mix with hands.
  3. Pat into 9 X 12 inch greased pan.
  4. Bake at 300 deg. for 20-30 minute.
  5. Cool and cut into bars.
