"sunny side up eggs, sirloin tips, onions, pan fried mushrooms, shredded hash browns. it is coated with a steak sauce/ ketchup mixture."

ingredients

• 2 eggs
• 1⁄2 lb sirloin steak
• 1 white onion
• 6 ounces frozen pre cooked shredded hash browns
• 3 fresh portabella mushrooms
• 7 tablespoons ketchup
• 4 tablespoons steak sauce
• 1 drop hot sauce

directions

1. cook the eggs sunny side up.
2. cube the steak into bite size pieces as well as the mushroom and onion.
3. sautee the steak, mushroom, and onion together until onions are caramelized, and steak is cooked.
4. bake the frozen hash browns until golden brown.
5. the components are done, now you have to assemble them on a large plate each in a different spot. now drizzle the ketchup and the steak sauce on top.
