  1. Simple and tasty. Did like to crisp up the tortilla a bit before topping and broiling.

  2. The photo looked so good that I made this for breakfast! I've made this twice and suggest spraying the tortilla with Pam and broiling till crisp, then add the tuna, cheese, and broil till melted. This way the tortilla is crisp enough to eat by hand. I put lots of dried dill in my tuna and sprinkled with green olives. I will make this often, so thanks for posting! Roxygirl

  3. Made for Spring PAC 2008. I made this for lunch today. I followed the recipe as written other then I put it in the microwave instead of under the broiler as we don't have an oven at work. This was easy to make and tasted great. Thanks for a simple, tasty lunch.

  4. Thank you, thank you, thank you. This is just what I needed. I seem to crave fish several times a week. Cannot have a regular lovely sandwich. So with your posting, I used a gluten-free corn tortilla. Works just fine. In the future I might add some minced celery and/or onion, as well. Could do this with salmon also.

  5. ~PAC Spring 2008~ Simple and delicious. I used pita bread for my base. It took about 3 minutes under the broiler. I like this recipe because I usually have all these ingredients at home and can whip up a yummy lunch in no time.
