Simple and tasty. Did like to crisp up the tortilla a bit before topping and broiling.

The photo looked so good that I made this for breakfast! I've made this twice and suggest spraying the tortilla with Pam and broiling till crisp, then add the tuna, cheese, and broil till melted. This way the tortilla is crisp enough to eat by hand. I put lots of dried dill in my tuna and sprinkled with green olives. I will make this often, so thanks for posting! Roxygirl

Made for Spring PAC 2008. I made this for lunch today. I followed the recipe as written other then I put it in the microwave instead of under the broiler as we don't have an oven at work. This was easy to make and tasted great. Thanks for a simple, tasty lunch.
