Excellent and easy to make pot roast! A great recipe for busy days. I used recipe #110331 and added 1 tablespoon beef soup base mix to replace the beef and onion soup mix. Served it with buttered egg noodles, tossed green salad, and crusty bakery rolls. Served with recipe #80681 for dessert. Definitely a keeper and filed in my favorite recipe binder.
