  1. Perfect for a cheap and inexpensive cut of beef, I served ours with mashed potatoes and steamed veggies. I agree, you cannot taste mushrooms at all. The left overs were great for a beef pot pie. Thanks for posting!

  2. Completely delicious and so easy to put together. One of the easiest dinners to make. Thanks so much.

  3. This was very good!! I did not have the lipton soup mix on hand so I just used a rub of salt, pepper and garlic. I also added a bag of baby carrots and served over noodles. The sauce was so good, one of the best pot roasts I have ever had. Thanks!!

  4. Excellent and easy to make pot roast! A great recipe for busy days. I used recipe #110331 and added 1 tablespoon beef soup base mix to replace the beef and onion soup mix. Served it with buttered egg noodles, tossed green salad, and crusty bakery rolls. Served with recipe #80681 for dessert. Definitely a keeper and filed in my favorite recipe binder.

  5. This pot roast really did fall apart as it was so tender but very tasty, and I will definitely use this again when I need a great pot roast recipe!
