Easy Microwave Fudge

"This was featured in Kraft Foods Magazine. Fudge made in the microwave, with no worrying about soft ball stage and all that stuff. It was featured as a recipe that is great to make with children. I have not tried it, storing it here for future use."

  1. made this the other day. incredibly easy and excellent. made it with peanut butter. if using pb, don't use the natural kind. it doesn't set as well. but otherwise it was fantastic!

I love finding yummy, healthy recipes (and some that are just yummy :). DH & I love ethnic foods and our favorite recipes reflect this. I like trying new recipes but I am still quite a novice (as is reflected by my "public name"). I also am having fun trying to find food that pleases both my tastes and my 20-month old DDs taste (tough job!)
