Mushrooms are cooked in olive oil, butter, garlic and green onions
- 10 mushrooms, stems removed
- 2 teaspoons minced garlic
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 1⁄4 cup olive oil
- 3 tablespoons butter
- Heat oil and butter in a skillet on low heat, add the mushrooms, chopped green onions and the garlic.
- Cook on low heat for 12-15 minutes until the mushrooms appear to be fully cooked.
- Remove mushrooms from oil and enjoy.
