Biscuits, best to dip in soups
- 2 cups Bisquick
- 2⁄3 cup milk
- 1⁄2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1⁄4 cup margarine or 1⁄4 cup butter, melted
- fresh garlic
- Heat oven 450°F.
- Stir Bisquick, milk, cheese until soft dough forms.
- Drop dough by spoonful onto ungreased cookie sheet - makes about 10 - 12
- Bake 8-12 minutes or until golden brown.
- Mix butter and garlic - Brush on warm biscuits before removing them from cookie sheet. Serve warm.
