"This marinade came from my boyfriend and I couldn't believe how easy it was the first time I tried it! It gets better the longer it marinates so I usually make this when I'm going up north for the weekend, since I know it'll have an extra day to sit."

1 cup ketchup
¹⁄₂ cup honey
¹⁄₄ cup soy sauce
2 (1 lb) pork tenderloin

directions

(Optional) Cut pork tenderloin into 3/4" thick medallions so they cook faster if you're making this recipe for camping or boating barbecues.
Combine all three ingredients.
Marinate pork minimum overnight or even a few days.
