This dressing goes well with a salad of tomatoes, lettuce, bell peppers, onion, and day old bread
- 1⁄4 cup red wine vinegar
- 1 teaspoon lime juice
- 1 tablespoon fresh basil, shredded
- 3 cloves garlic, crushed
- salt & freshly ground black pepper
- 1⁄4 cup extra virgin olive oil
- Whisk together.
- You may let it sit overnight to let flavors develope, or serve w/ a salad.
