I made this cake but it did not look anything like the photo. The cake, due to the jello, was pink/red and the cherries/jello mixture baked to a dark thin layer on the bottom. When I made my first cut I got a bit upset. I thought it scorched. In reality it was just a dark gelatinous layer from the dark cherries. But it has a great texture and taste I will make this again.

Surprisingly yummy cake. The marshmallows just evaporate into the cake mix making it moist and a little chewy. Lots of yummy cherry flavor. Thanks for posting!

It was very easy and pretty good. It didn't taste like Dr Pepper at all and that's what I was looking for. I would make this again though, Thanks for sharing.
