A great frosting for cupcakes/cake.

Ingredients Nutrition


  1. Cream together butter and confectioners sugar, then add eggs.
  2. Blend in cooled chocolate morsels, and vanilla.
  3. This will fill and frost a 2 layer cake, or a 13"x9" cake, or 12-18 cupcakes.
  4. Recipe can easily be doubled, and can be stored for a short time in the refrigerator if tightly covered.
