From "1998 Taste of Home Annual Recipes". Instead of milk and sour cream, I substituted almond milk and plain Greek Yogurt. Creamy & tasty!
- 907.18 g potatoes, peeled & cubed
- 29.58 ml butter, softened
- 59.14 ml milk
- 59.14 ml sour cream
- 2.46-3.69 ml dill weed
- 2.46-3.69 ml salt
- 1.23 ml pepper
- Cook potatoes in boiling water until tender; drain. Mash with remaning ingredients.
Nice mashed potato recipe. Since I always have fresh frozen dill on hand I used it instead of the dried. Made for New Kids on the Block Tag game. :)
