I'm giving this 5 stars even though I didn't follow the directions exactly - DH and BIL asked me NOT to heat it. They were testing it before I took it to a party and they loved it cold. I also did not use the parmesan cheese since I wasn't heating it. Super easy to make and everyone at the party loved it!

Made this to take to BBQ last weekend. I ususally make my Hot Curry Dip, but, being a seafood lover.... In a word DELICIOUS. Two words, delicious and EASY. I didn't have any cayenne pepper so used 1 tablespoon of Thai Sweet Chilli sauce and instead of canned crab meat..hellishly expensive here, i used mock crabmeat, surimi. It can't have been all that bad, there was none left, no one complained and I've been asked for an encore. Thankyou for sharing Crystal.
