You can add sugar to this if you want to, but it is already really sweet without the sugar because of the pineapple.
- 3 1⁄2 cups pineapple, diced (about 1/2 a whole pineapple)
- 1⁄2 cup cilantro leaf (or more)
- 1⁄2 lime, juice of
- Put pineapple, cilantro, and lime juice in blender and puree until smooth. Pour mixture into six 3-ounce ice-pop molds and add sticks. Freeze for 4 hours, or until frozen. Dip molds in tepid water to help remove the pops.
