I was glad I decided to go light on the 2-3 and 3-4 because with 2 c water and 3 kale leaves, this totally filled up my blender! I added an extra banana to sweeten it up a little, but that may be because this is the first time I've had a kale smoothie. My 2yo son liked it too. (4yo is suspicious of smoothies that are green! "What's in it?" he asks as though he is just making conversation.) Thanks! Reviewed for Healthy Choices ABC tag game.

  1. Using blender, blend the water, kale, and mint.
  2. Then add the banana and mango and blend again.
  3. Serve and enjoy.
