Decadent Vegan Chocolate Mousse

  • Blend the 1/4 cup water, dates, maple syrup, and vanilla until smooth.
  • Add avocado and coca and blend until creamy.
  • Add the remaining water and process for another 30 seconds or so.
  • Serve chilled.
  • Should keep for several days in the refrigerator.

  1. Although I'm not at all a fan of the avocado, I have made other chocolate desserts using it, so was intrigued with the possibilities here!
