- 118.29 ml chopped pitted dates
- 473.18 ml unsweetened almond milk
- 14.79 ml chia seeds
- 1 frozen banana
- 0.25 ml ground cinnamon
directions
- Place all ingredients into a blender (preferably an industrial strength one) and blend until smooth, then serve. If you don't have a frozen banana, use a regular banana and add a couple of ice cubes.
