ingredients
- 1 teaspoon vitamin E
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon glycerine
- 4 tablespoons milk
directions
- Mix everything together in a bowl.
- Every night before sleeping, take a shower and apply this mixture on your elbows.
- Soon, your elbows will look lighter and better.
