ingredients

• 2 tomatoes, chopped
• 2 peaches, chopped
• 1 avocado, chopped into bits
• 1⁄4 teaspoon curry powder
• 2 tablespoons olive oil
• 1 tablespoon lemon juice
• 1⁄4 teaspoon salt
• 1 tablespoon parsley flakes

directions

1. Toss all ingredients together in a bowl.
2. Serve immediately or chill up to 2 hours.
