  • 2 stalks celery, diced
  • 1 apple, diced
  • 14 cup chopped almonds
  • 12 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon curry powder
  • salt and pepper

  1. Mix all ingredients, chill one hour. Serve on lettuce leaf or in sandwich or wrap.
