Home made nibbles.

  1. Chop peanuts finely in a processor.
  2. Mix nuts, curry powder and breadcrumbs together.
  3. Lightly beat eggs and cornflour together.
  4. Dip chicken nibbles in egg mixture then the crumb mixture. Heat oil in a roasting dish.
  5. Place the nibbles in the dish and turn to coat in oil.
  6. Bake at 180 C for 20 minutes or until cooked.
  7. Serve warm or cold.
