This is a signature cocktail from Toronto Canada's Lula Lounge, a glamorous Latin nightclub.
- 1 ounce white rum
- 1⁄2 ounce triple sec
- 3 -4 ounces pineapple juice
- splash fresh lime juice
- crushed ice
- Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker.
- Shake and pour everything into a highball glass.
- Garnish with a slice of lime.
An interesting blend of flavors. I perhaps used more pineapple juice than I needed, and I kept changing my mind about what I thought about the flavors. I'll make this again with less pineapple juice and see if I like it better.
