Yummy and easy. A must try.
- Combine caramels and cream in crock pot.
- Cover and heat until melted, 30 to 60 minutes. Stir in marshmallows and rum.
- Cover and continue cooking 30 minutes.
- Serve with apple wedges or pound cake.
So easy and absolutely wonderful! I also used a touch of rum extract only because I couldn't find any rum. Served with crisp apple slices and graham cracker sticks. Anything would be a good dipper; in fact, my kids were using their fingers to get every last bit! Thanks for sharing the recipe! Made for PAC Fall 2007.
Wow!!! This was incredible! I ended up needed my crockpot for another dish, so I did this the quick way in the microwave, heating and stirring every 30 seconds. And, since we were serving to kids, we used 1/4 teaspoon of rum flavoring instead of the rum. Can only imagine how great it would be with the real stuff! This was so easy and wow!! We served with apple wedges. Thank you!!
