ingredients

• 1 tablespoon olive oil
• 1⁄2 lb smoked sausage, thinly sliced
• 1 garlic clove
• 1⁄8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
• 1⁄2 cup green onion, minced
• 3⁄4 cup tomatoes, diced
• 1⁄2 cup bell pepper, diced
• 1⁄2 teaspoon pepper
• 1 teaspoon creole seasoning
• 6 eggs
• 1 tablespoon milk

directions

1. saute oil and veggies
2. add sausage
3. add spices.
4. add eggs beaten with milk
5. cook until done.
