Creamy Spaghetti Pie

READY IN: 45mins
Recipe by Sharon123

I went to a Pampered Chef party where this was served. Many people asked for the recipe! Update: I have revised this recipe due to people having trouble with the instructions. I hope this makes it easier to follow.

Not enough stars! My husband is the pickiest eater & hates to try anything new. I made a few changes in the recipe to fit us & he hasn't stopped raving about this! Starting at the top, I used Linguine & broke it into 3 pieces; I used 3 cloves of garlic; I added 1/2 tsp pepper into the cheese mixture; I used 1/2 tsp each of basil & oregano instead of the Italian seasoning; I used 1 1/2 jars of spaghetti sauce (no diced tomatoes); I added 12 oz. of ground beef, 1 hot & 1 sweet links of Italian sausage cooked & chopped up into the sauce; I rubbed the inside of my 9x9 dish with coconut oil & lastly, I put about 2/3 cup in bottom of the dish first. I served it with a salad & garlic bread. He calls it Spaghetti/Lasagne Bake. It is enough for the 2 of us for 3 meals. I cubed the leftovers & froze them. I will be making this many more times! I can't recommend it enough!!!! Thanks, Sharon!
