- 4 butterflied trout
- 1 cup fage Greek yogurt
- 1⁄2 cup parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon dried onion flakes
- 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
- 1 dash smoked paprika
directions
- Set oven to 350*.
- Place Trout in greased baking dish.
- Mix remaining ingredients, leaving out Paprika.
- Layer sauce on trout.
- Sprinkle with Paprika.
- Cook for 20-25 minutes.
