I have not tried this recipe yet, however my husband's cardiologist told us that it is good. Low-fat; Low cholesterol. Prep time includes chilling time.
- 1⁄2 cup plain nonfat yogurt or 1⁄2 cup low-fat yogurt
- 1⁄2 cup nonfat cottage cheese or 1⁄2 cup low fat cottage cheese
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1⁄2-3⁄4 teaspoon vanilla or 1⁄2-3⁄4 teaspoon almond extract
- In a blender or food processor, process all ingredients until light and creamy.
- Cover and refrigerate.
- Serve chilled.
