- 1 cucumber
- 2 carrots
- 1 cup spinach (chopped)
- 2 tablespoons tahini
- 2⁄3 cup plain fat-free yogurt
- 1⁄2 teaspoon tarragon leaf
- 1⁄2 teaspoon salt (lemon-pepper)
- 1⁄2 teaspoon seasoning (sodium-free)
- 8 ounces imitation crabmeat
- 4 pita bread
- In a food processor Blend tahini, yogurt spinach and spices. Chop carrots and cucumber and shred crab mix. Mix together and fill four pitas equally. Enjoy.
