  1. In food processor, combine 1 avocado, lemon juice, olive oil, water, basil and salt. Process until smooth.
  2. Cut the remaining avocado in 1 inch cubes and place in bowl. Add tomatoes and avocado puree.
  3. Toss well to coat.
